We are seeking an Customer Service Representative for our Ann Arbor, Michigan location. Our Customer Service Representatives are the primary point of contact between our manufacturing facility and our customers.  We offer a generous work/life balance, on the job training, tuition reimbursement, health, life, 401k benefits and much more. Responsibilities Include:

  • Provide information to other areas within the company.
  • Input order information into systems.
  • Request estimates and provide alternative solutions to customers.
  • Process customer complaints.
  • Participate in cutomer service initiatives.
  • Ensuring Customer Satisfaction
    • Communicate updates and scheduling to the customer
    • Negotiate to resolve any customer issues.
    • Anticipate potential issues with the customer
  • Building Customer Relationships
    • Proactively contact customer to assess needs and satisfaction.
    • Assist sales team in promoting services and capabilities.
    • Visit customers or plan customer site visits as necessary.
    • Provide personalized assistance to establish strong ties to the customer.
  • Managing Sales Relationships
    • Provide sales support by maintiaing customer relationship.
    • Participate and provide information during contract negotiations.
    • Work closely with Sales to develop strategies specific for each customer.
    • Attend and participate in sales meetings.


  • Exceptional communications skills, both written and verbal.

  • Above average computer skills including Microsoft Office, Google Prograams, and EBM proprietary systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2 years of customer service experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Programs
